Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your booked session. Scholarshelp.co.uk provides a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness to our tutors.

Free Cancellation: Sessions may be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a 50% cancellation fee to compensate the tutor's time.

Cancellation Process: To cancel, please email info@scholarshelp.co.uk or contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Our team will confirm the cancellation and inform you of any applicable charges within 2 hours.

Package Cancellations: If you booked a multi-session package, you may cancel remaining sessions while retaining completed ones. Refunds for unused sessions in a package are prorated accordingly.

Emergency Cancellations: For medical emergencies or urgent situations, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp for the fastest response. We will do our best to accommodate and minimize any charges.
