Refund Eligibility: You may request a full or partial refund within 7 days of your booked session if the tutoring did not meet the agreed-upon specifications. Requests must include a detailed explanation of how the work deviates from the original requirements.

Partial Refunds: If only a portion of the work requires revision, we offer partial refunds proportional to the outstanding work. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 48 business hours with a fair resolution.

Non-Refundable Items: Sessions that have been attended and confirmed by the client, and services already rendered (such as consultations and tutoring sessions) are not eligible for refunds. However, we still offer follow-up sessions within the agreed timeframe.
